Services
We provide AI, machine learning, data science, and automation consulting and development services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of each engagement are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom code, models, and deliverables produced specifically for your project are transferred to you. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how remain our property. Website content is owned by us and protected by applicable law.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access or data reasonably required to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect timelines.
Payment Terms
Fees, schedules, and invoicing are specified in your engagement agreement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We deliver services with professional skill and care. However, AI systems are probabilistic and we do not warrant that outputs will be error-free or fit for every purpose. Services are provided 'as is' beyond the express warranties in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
